Hey Erik, I mostly do free wihtegs That way I work out also the small muscle-groups. I usually do 4X4 when it comes to repetitions. Mainly I focus on shoulders- and back-area. I find weight training to prevent injuries more than anything else. Whenever people ask me how I have managed to stay injury-free, I say itb4s because of wihtegs. Itb4s hard to describe exactly how I do my exercises, but I will try to write something about weight training with pictures and stuff, in not too long. Usually I donb4t do wihtegs during the season so I only do it for a few weeks a year. The hard thing about wihtegs I think is the fact that you donb4t see results right then and there. But it will definitely pay off in the long run, so keep it up!Thanks!Magnus
