Ahoj Michale, sháním kontakt na Katku Pintířovou. Líbí se mi jedna fotka od ní. Na té fotce snad údajně skáčeš ty po skalkách proti modrému nebi. Ten obrázek by se nám hodil jako taková náladovka do katalogu (vyrábíme Rock Pillars a Ocún). Chtěla jsem se s Katkou zkusit dohodnout, jestli by nám ji poskytla, ale nějak se mi neozývá... Hey Erik, I mostly do free weihtgs That way I work out also the small muscle-groups. I usually do 4X4 when it comes to repetitions. Mainly I focus on shoulders- and back-area. I find weight training to prevent injuries more than anything else. Whenever people ask me how I have managed to stay injury-free, I say itb4s because of weihtgs. Itb4s hard to describe exactly how I do my exercises, but I will try to write something about weight training with pictures and stuff, in not too long. Usually I donb4t do weihtgs during the season so I only do it for a few weeks a year. The hard thing about weihtgs I think is the fact that you donb4t see results right then and there. But it will definitely pay off in the long run, so keep it up!Thanks!Magnus
